A story is never true.
A story is made up. Its fabricated.
Two persons will not tell the same story about the same event. Never.
So there is no truth in a story.
Is there something that is true? In the world?
Yes – the actuality of everything.
Things are what they are. But to see what things are, we must give up our own projections.
Otherwise we ONLY see our own projections.
So – consequently – we only see our self – painted on the faces and personas in our surroundings.
They ARE not our opinion of them. They are what they are.
If you dont like them and blame them – that means that you dont like them and blame them. Thats exactly what it means and only that.
To see this is good, its a blessing, because then we have the opportunity to change.
And the only thing we can change in this universe (given this blessedopportunity) IS OUR SELVES.
We can NOT change other people. We can definately not change other peoples thoughts about us.
There is only one way out of that kind of misery.
To accept the fact that we can not change what other people think about us, or the past, or wrongdoings by others.
Surrender to the actuality of things.
Its the only way out.
We can only change our selves, so even if the other person have done something terrible to us, thats the choise we have. To stand up for our own part in it, without any “but” or even a vague tendency towards argument.
Sometimes its good to tell about this taking of responsibility. Sometimes not.
But fear is not a good reason to keep quiet. Go to the place you fear the most.
Let people see them selves for a change.
Dont react.
And the will meet them selves for the first time.
Some wont like it.
They are the blessed ones.

About the illusion of being an illusion. Egos most treasured argument.

I come across this argument all the time… and its an obstacle on the no-path from illusion. My question to you is: since you dont know anything, why do you pretend to know. No-one is ever going to verify your guessing game, and you create suffering non-stop around you, performing this act. Is that your intention?

This is the egos last life line. Let all life lines go, before telling others anything. Keep quiet until you have seen the truth on first hand. Thats my advice.

The persons who like this argument appears to be very intelligent. But intelligence under the total influence of the ego is really nothing more than a very relative ability to sort things out in the total chaos of thoughts and beliefs that is the essence of a mind tortured “individual.”

The argument may sound like this:

There is no this or that, because they are both illusions .

The hen wasnt there before the egg because they are both illusions.

There are no enlightenment, because the talk about there beeing an illusion is also an illusion.

To begin with, I must say this, without inquiring further into it:

There is something called enlightenment, but that is just a phase. It will pass. The fact that you were trapped in illusion, and just left this illusion – verifies the statement that the enlightenment didnt really happen. Illusion just stopped happening. So the enlightenment is a non-event. A concept… and therefore also an illusion-  if seen as an event.

But people are eager to put their nose into this “debate” even though they dont know what the premiss is. They dont know anything. There is no debate. There is no room for opinions. There is only one premiss, and, either you know this premiss or not.

There can never be any discussion. Just false assumptions. To know the premiss you HAVE TO have experienced this answer. All other kind of knowledge is based upon assumptions. No one ever knew something beeing true before experiencing this first handed. First when a truth is experienced we know that we know. Right!?

So. Illusion… what is illusion? It is… something not being what it appears to be. It is not a thing. Not matter. Not life. Nothing. It is not even nothing. It is only a false assumption. Nothing to give life to.

By saying that this and that, is illusion, many people will belive that the illusion is something.  Its not.

There is only “what is”. And all else is illusion.

You may say “that what is” or “this, what is” or “all which is and isnt.” It doesnt matter.

What matters is that you see that there is “something” which what you tend to call “you” are and are surrounded by and in fact united with.

Then there is thoughts. Thoughts have the same importance as ripples on the ocean, on wind passing through the trees. They are… but we give them huge importance and create our whole perception of the universe out of them. Thats a mistake. Thats “the” mistake.

The mind can not see ” what is”.

Mind assumes, based on an assumption, based on assumption, in all eternity…

And says that we are an illusion of an illusion of an illusion…. in all eternity…

Mind can not see “what is”. Without labeling, or seeing the concepts that we, as humans have learned.

The only thing that can ever happen (regarding “enlightenment”) is that you see through your own beliefs and assumptions and conceptual images that you project on everything.

You see that this “is not” (we would say its an illusion). It IS NOT.

Then you see and accept “what is”.

You accept the fact you dont know anything.

Then you see “what is”. And then you know this. And ONLY this. What you see… without words, concepts or even a feeling.

No bliss. Nothing.

This “what you know” now, has no limits. So you see/know everything.

So, you who does not know the premiss, please keep quiet. You are doing harm on “all there is”, including the ones you believe yourself to love. Really, before seeing what is, the only act you can perform is exploitation.

Regards – Avaloki

It can only happen without you.

So belief in meaning makes you become separate from it.

You can only change the flow of which you are a “part”.

When you become what you really are, things that matters are affected by you,

but really, you are no longer, and that is what  is letting things flower around “you”.

You are the space that allows. But this is just a pointer with words. You are not, and not the space, and you are not allowing anything. You are really only not. And therefore “part” of all, without being a part. You are what is.

Enlightenment was just a phase. Still separate. A happening. Something. You are no longer that.

You experience nothing. Laughter and bliss happens sometimes, but it is no longer constant. It happens, and also, sometimes you scratch your nose, but not all the time. You are not scratching your nose. It itches and scratching happens.

There is nothing wrong. You may believe that it is gone now, when bliss is gone. But bliss was a carrot. It was something. And now it is no more. There are no states.

This can not go away. Because, what this is, is nothing. It isnt. How could “what isnt” go away? What isnt and what is, is the same. The beginning and the end, A and O…  (Aoum… some say, but really, its OumAOumA…) This is how you are everything, how you can embrace everything, but embracing totally nothing at all.

Look inside. Not outside.

So for you, to whom this seems to have happened. You can never believe in things anymore. And it happened through this insight. That this is it. You saw it, and then it happened by itself. You didnt make it happen. Actually all you did, was to stop doing anything. And then… what is real immediately appeared.

You could not see it before.

Now you may think there is a meaning with this. That you could save the world, now when you see everything totally clear and undistorted.

You can not do anything. You didnt do it. You left and it appeared. The beliefe in any meaning with this will take you away from it. All you do will be apart from it and without any truth in it. You will become a creator again. You will create and all created has bad consequences. It will look like you are doing good, holding satsangs and looking calm and shining and full of bliss and with empty eyes. But you will create suffering.

Even, if a guru accepts donations, why is he or she doing this? He believes that he needs a place to live, that he needs food, that it matters if he lives. It doesnt. This guru is creating suffering, through his grace.

It may be tempting to benefit from this. And very easy.

When you know the truth, everyone will understand that you are part of it. Your words will be true. You can conquer the spiritual world. Easily.

But then you trade the diamond for wordly pleasures. You will be caught in samsara, as some call it.

You will exploit those who trust in you.

Tell them to leave. And let them stay. If someone give you something, you can accept it if it feels like the obvious, , but dont ask for it.

You have no purpose and no free will. There are no questions. If you think there is, be glad that you can see them, because then you can easily see through these last illusions.

My awakening…

It wasn´t really mine.

I begin with saying this because it isn´t obvious to most people. People tend to believe that someone can awaken, but the awakening isn´t even happening to the “what is”.

There is knowing on a conceptual level. Seeing doesnt need that.

There is seeing, which is not intelligent in the sense we usually think of intelligence. Its unlimited and sees only the truest image of the ungraspable. But it doesn´t label or judge or even feel.

There is “what is” which is everything (and nothing) in universe (in what is).

There is mind. (You as you believe yourself to be)

There is knowing (which is stupidity), often referred to as “Intelligence”.

So, my awakening didnt happen to me as the mind. The mind lost the battle and can take no credit even if the mind would like nothing more.

It didnt happen to the ever present “what is”.

It didnt happen to the intelligence which is nothing but an insufficiently working computer, with the same powers as a calculator.

Did it happen to the seeing then?

Well, the seeing was wordlessly trapped in the hands of the mind. Seeing saw through the lies of the mind and the lame arguments founded on evidence relating to other evidence in all eternity – this provided by the calculator – the intelligence.

The seeing didnt suffer and didnt interfere.

Then Mind got too clever and self-destructed.

Mind saw that it could not change what other people thought – in personally important matters. It was impossible.

Mind had to realize that every mind was relative to that particular minds experiences and that all minds was entitled to their own perception. There were no substance in mind. No truth. Nothing. Just a bundle of stories that carried each other.

So mind gave up and said, ok, I understand, Its ok with me.

Mind surrendered. It was defeated and didnt even realize the magnitude of this event.

Seeing was freed.

Seeing had no empathy for or, affection towards anything, so judgement, feelings, anger exclusive love, depression, resentment, laziness, procrastination, urge, desire, memory, dreams and thoughts… had to go. It fell away. It burned in a fire that lasted for 50 days and 50 nights.

Fear of death burned. All fears burned.

During this period there were no difference between being awake or asleep. Lucid dreaming of nothingness that looked like an absence of all one could never ever imagine accompanied by the soundless sound that lay as a unhearable tone over all that wasnt there. And this was something. It was real. Nothing the former “me” had ever seen was ever so totally clear or real.

Pure bliss for 50 days.  Every concept were brought into daylight and looked upon once again. And then… nothing.

The concepts never returned.

Mind never returned.

Memory or stories was gone.

Will, striving, desire or dreams was gone and still are.

I can not get angry anymore.

I have no friends. But I see everyone equally. I allow them fully to be. The meaning of this allowing can not be overestimated. It may sound futile but is more profound then love. Many call it love, I call it allowing.

People walk through my body in a remote distance and the effect is visible but hard to describe. What happens nowadays is that created stuff in vanishing through the non reacting space that we may call “me”. I am not but that is rare.

I have seen that I can not give this to anyone.

I have also seen that there is no meaning, that needs anyone to believe in it.

When I saw clearly the dysfunction in the human mind, It was easy believe that this easily could and should change.

Its ok as it is. It shouldnt be any other way.

People are not good or kind. Quite the opposite if there were such. The finest of people think only of them self.

All I know think only of them selves without even a short pause.

Everyone I ever met.

Thats the way it should be. Thats ok.

But the beeings hold hostage and dwelling inside them are pure and beautiful.

It is to them I am adressing this message:

You are not your mind!

You are what you are. Without your thoughts. And only this.

To the mind I want to say:

You are such a good fighter. You never loose. You never give up. I know things are tough sometimes but still you never give up. You can acchieve everything. You can probably acchieve enlightenment and become a new prophet. You fight for your family and for your friends. You can do everything!
Everything you can accomplish.

Everything except this:

“You can never surrender” That you can not do. You are inadequate, and insufficient. A mind with limits. A limited mind.

You can never win, you can never do this, you can never give up.

You are not made to do that you know.

Well… are you? Can you?

Can you give up, if only for a second.

For a second let go of yourself?

Or are you afraid you will vanish?

So ask yourself this question:

by what is the perceiver of all things percieved. Who sees the one who sees. Look inside…

I can´t pass this diamond on…

I cant give you the diamond…

but I can tell you how it looks, so that you recognize it when you see it.

First impression, its totally ordinary.

I can tell you to treasure it, its wort all there is.

I can tell you to not trade it away for recognition or fame or money or friends or status or short lived fun.

I can tell you to hold on to it for a while.

That is all I can do.

I started this blog in order to pass this insight on. There were still a hope that that could be done. Now there is no hope.

It cant be done by me. It has to be done by you.

But if there is any confusion once onto it, then please let me know.

The confusion can be severe, and may scare you away from the diamond. Be brave. Do not doubt what you see, when you see there is no me.

I have only five followers on this blog up to date, and maybe 5-20 readers a day. Please comment on my posts, it will be worth it. I will not be kind but totally honest. That is not the worst thing. You can probably take it.

Please send a request for a subject, I would gladly write about any of the facets of this jewel called “it”.

This is it.

Look.

Around you.

The universe begins behind at your feet.

But you are not your body, so where does it begin.

You are it.

What you see is it.

What you see is what is.

And that is all there is, end ever was.

Now is the only moment there ever was.

Now, answer this:

Who are you who can see your self.

To see your self you have to be separated from your self.

So, who sees what.

Please answer this. That is the gateway to nirvana. The end of all searching.

Who are you who sees your self.

Answer this.

The created vanish through this mirror

I am a mirror that only reflect what is.

All created seems to vanish.

But it was never there.

People get the chance to see them selves through their own experience, undistorted. To experience themselves for a change.

The reaction that never arises reflects what was never there.

Whatever I say or do is you.

Whatever you say or do is the core in the one who reacts.

The core may be true or distorted by all noise of all the created in the world.

We are it.

Never separated from it.

See this.

I felt a touch of nervousness today.
A stressful situation made thoughts mobilize, they wanted to appear.

I then saw that without this Fear, the ego feels insecure.

Paralyzed by Any Fear – Ego feels secure and Safe.

The fear died on impact as well as the Ego.

Huh, so the ego wants to feel alive again… he he. Well, you can play, Ego, but you dont rule anymore in this house.

Are you miserable?
That can be over with now.
Or you can keep on living in pain. You choose.

This is not a joke. When I was still trapped in illusion I didn’t know this. No one told me. No one knew.

This is a fact. This is the truth. The actuality of existence without belief. Don’t believe. Accept it. There is a way out.

If you try this, be prepared on the feeling of fear. This is only for the brave.

Lay down.
Close your eyes or not.
Try to stay utterly alone.
Alone without even your perception of sound.
Don’t label anything.
Stay alone without thoughts. Don’t interpret.
As you feel you may die or vanish… See through this as a thought.
Ego will try to distract you. It will try everything.

Can you do it.

Do you dare. Free falling.
Or are you a coward…

Then ask: who am I.

Remember. No thought answers is the truth. Thoughts come and go.

You are not that. Feel the answer. This answer can only be experienced.

You, who never give up… Do you dare to give up.

I dare you.

People have a hard time accepting that all suffering and only short lasting contemptment comes out of the self image as this and that.
Truely, there is only this. You are.
Illusion means, that someting is not what it seems to be.
It is. But not this or that.
Standing in a tower, looking down on thousands of people.
They are human beeings. They think they are, and so we may call them that.
They run around. On their way to places, meetings, friends.
They think there is a meaning, a goal, something that needs to be done.
They think they are humble, as they are well adjusted. As they surrender to illusion.
They all think they rule the world.
They think they are important and make a difference.
They all think they have control.
They think they know stuff. What is important.

I ask one of them “who are you”?

She tells me about the circumstances of her life. She doesn’t know who or what she is.

As you read this, ask your self who you are. And ask who is the perciever of that answer. Cause that’s who you truely are.

When you see this, you will cease to exist.. Don’t be afraid. Be brave. Everything will come back, as it truely is.

Do this now.

And meet me as your true self.

🙂

Coming into existence

It is easy to forget

that there is nothing to remember.

Nothing to do.

Nothing to achieve.

There is nothing

except that what you are.

There really isn’t.

Find it hard to believe?

There is NOTHING to believe.

There is only “what is”.

Dont do anything. And it will come.

And you better not believe it.

Actually, thats how it happens.

Just like that.
